Telehealth

Therapy from wherever you are — across Florida

Talk to someone who gets your culture, in real Spanish or English. Private, from your phone, and it may be covered by Medicaid or your insurance.

A real person answers — no waiting list, and appointments are quick and scheduled around you. We reply Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–7:30 PM. This isn't an emergency line — if you need help right now, call 911.

Who we can see: With private insurance, Medicare, or self-pay, telehealth is available anywhere in Florida. If you're using Florida Medicaid, we serve Region 11 only — Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.
Why telehealth

Start therapy without rearranging your life

Going to therapy is normal. Now you can do it from your room, your car, or your lunch break — with someone who speaks your language and gets where you come from.

Real Spanish, real culture

Someone who understands your culture — not a translation. Bilingual, bicultural therapists.

Private & confidential

Secure, confidential video. No waiting room, nothing to explain to anyone. Your space, your pace.

May be covered

We accept Medicaid and most insurance. We check your coverage before your first visit — no surprises.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes. We accept Florida Medicaid (Region 11 — Miami-Dade and Monroe counties) and most insurance plans. We check your coverage before your first visit so you know what to expect.

Is it private and confidential?

Yes. Visits are over secure, confidential video. What you share with your therapist is private.

Does it work if I'm in another part of Florida?

It depends on how you're paying. With private insurance, Medicare, or self-pay, yes — we can see you by telehealth anywhere in Florida. If you're using Florida Medicaid, we can only see members in Region 11 — Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.

Do you see teens?

Yes. We work with adolescents and adults. For minors, a parent or guardian helps get started — text us and we'll guide you.

Do I have to call to start?

You don't have to call if you'd rather not. You can text us or ask us to call you instead — whatever's easiest.

Telehealth works great for therapy and many psychiatry visits. If you're in crisis, call 911 — and if in-person care in Little Havana is the better fit for you, we'll help with that too.

Getting started is easier than you think.

Text us or ask us to call you. Our bilingual team will walk you through the first step — at your own pace.
